EESTECH, Inc. is a US Corporation that is permitted to publicly trade its Stock on the US Bulletin Board, the stock symbol is EESH.OB.
In December 2002 the company made its first acquisition, the JetWater (JWS) water purification technology, acquiring the patent rights and complete ownership of the JWS technology.
In December 2007, the company completed negotiations and acquired the the patent rights and complete ownership of the Hybrid Coal Gas Turbine (HCGT) technology that was developed over an eight year period and owned by an Australian Government Registered Research Organisation.
